Hello,
My spouse is PR in Canada. I am on work permit in Canada and I want to apply for PR.
Q1. What's best path to apply - Spousal sponsorship or Individual EE PR?
Q2. If I apply for individual PR, I get question - "Will your spouse be accompanying you to canada??" What is answer - YES or NO?

You can apply either or both at the same time but spousal sponsorship is easier, usually.
