I was wondering the same. I got my stamped passport back today, but no POE yet. Any idea, why the delay?

Quick Question, what is the order of getting POE and Passport Request? Do you get POE before passport request or after passport request?

After, its different and random for everyone. I got after like 10 days. Some after few weeks. Some still waiting till today.
