will unpaid debt in UK show in my Police Certificate

Need help with something please. I have some unpaid debt in UK and i will apply for under CEC. I am just scared that will my unpaid debt show on my police certificate. Please advice. I will pay them back slowly when I become stable so no morale advice please

No, it's not a credit report, only criminal cautions/convictions will show.

Hello, I am in a similar situation- Left UK with about $4000 worth of debt, and have no idea what happened since (i.e gone to court etc). I need a police cert for immigration - will any of this debt show up even if if has gone to court without me knowing ?

Did you get you cert yet- what did it show?

If someone complains about some candidate in immigration office only then its a problem,that too if that person knows about the country you are flyinhg in and date of flying

Did you get you cert yet- what did it show?

Police clearance will only show criminal charges or there may be chance if you are declared as bankrupt. 4000 seems to be a smaller number for defaulting payments, not to worry you should be good.

When I was leaving Germany I had few outstanding dues on my name (i.e, Bank Credit Card Payments, Mobile Contract and Some health surgery related financing debts). Now I need the police clearance certificate from Germany. I want to know if those dues can change the status (Inhalt) on my certificate of good conduct (Fuehrungszeugnis). I want to know if financial debts can change the status (Inhalt) or not ? Please help and answer my query as soon as possible I am so much worried about my status. Thanks in advance.
