Will this cause rejection? Please help

I was associated with one US employer and one US university which are closed by US authorities(DHS) for wrongdoing.
I have not claimed points for above mentioned employment and education.
But,I have mentioned it in personal history as required.
Also, I have received clear FBI PCC

My questions are:

1. Do u guys think that this association will cause rejection for me?
2. Will I go through stringent background check?

Help appreciated.

I believe you should be ok as no points are claimed for it and your FBI clearance is good. I assume that you didnt claim for your study in US ..

You should be good, there's no reason to worry at this stage.

Doesn't look like there should be any issues with this. Not claiming any points does help. I'll suggest you also explain this situation with an LOE if you are mentioning university in your education or personal history.
