Hello ! I am an Indian citizen and I have applied for my student visa for Canada and I have also applied for U.S.A citizenship with my uncle being the sponsor ( U.S Citizen petitioner ). So will this affect my study visa application to Canada or if I apply for my permanent residency for Canada ???
Will this cause any complications in my application ???

USA and Canada are two different applications. It won't do anything. If you happen to get both a green card (Which I assume you meant green card since you can't get citizenship before getting a PR) and Canadian PR, you should be able to meet the minimum requirements for staying in either country without losing your card.
