Will they give visa without gic if i have strong financial

Hi everyone and thank u in advance for the help

my profile 10-89%
12-91%
Engineering-69.10%
Ielts 6.5 no band less than 6

last time my visa got rejected as I applied with ielts band 6.5 in one module i got 5.5 ..reason for visa rejection was low englist test score and poor academics.

now that i have improved it and justified my good academic will i get visa without gic as i have showed strong financial.

Any unjustified gaps during education or after Engineering?
Yes you can apply for student visa without GIC also. GIC is mandatory only under SDS visa category. Not under regular student visa stream.
Btw, you say strong financial proof. What kind of financial proof have you shown? That is important to tell if you may be granted a visa or not by IRCC. Bcz IRCC wants proof of more liquid funds with which you can pay fees and living expenses. Property or assets like house, land won't work for proving financial ability. It can just show ties to your home country.

Yes i have 5 backlogs cleared at a time and got offer lettr frm nyit.i showed my mom(government teacher) and bro (qatar) engineer and house rent in name of me nd my bro.

Yes after engineering i did job fir 1.5 years in mechanical field nd I justified it with the program .what are the chances of visa as i paid 1 sem fees

It is convenient for you if you get a GIG although going through all the procedures for GIC can sometimes be a pain. You will lose days and money in conversion if your amount is returned back. Still, you should get a GIC since it will make your case stronger.

My visa was rejected last time due to this

Now that i have good ielts score nd i hve justified the academic background that i m a bonafide student.what are my chances because they didnt mention anything except this two .no gic or anything else.

you only need gic for sds. so if you for some reason cannot provide one then dont apply through sds. problem solved

although if you lack money to even fund one year of studies then dont waste your time applying.
