Will there be any job excluded from the CEC under Express Entry

Just wondering can you use retail supervisor to apply under cec?
Also, it seems that you don't need any more skill work job experience in order to apply under cec via express entry, since they will rank you base on the point system. As long as your points are high enough against others, they will send an invitation to you. Is this true? Please advice...

There will be no (officially) excluded occupations under express entry. Unofficially, there may be some occupations that are not classified as "high demand" and may not result in an invitation.

Skilled work experience is not only required, bu one of the factors that generates points.
