I study permit was refused on the basis on irpa 216(1) and I re-applied and got the visa and have send my passport to the embassy. So when the visa will come will it also mention about the rejection I had earlier.

No it will not. You will have to keep note of the rejection as some countries will ask about any rejections you faced.

Your passport will just have the visa printed.

Hey man i have a question for you when my visa got rejected in the first place do you think it would have been because I mistakenly wrote my colleges name wrong in one place. Instead of Centennial College I wrote Sheridan College in the first line in my introduction
 
The only way to know why you were rejected exactly is by CAIPS notes. That could be a possible reason, but you can't say for sure.
