Will the VO find out if we don`t mention a company the Pri-Appl worked for ??

My spouse who will be the primary applicant worked for TCS for about 7 months. Since the
notice period was 3 months, and due to some personal problems she could not serve the
notice period and hence did not collect the relieving letter.

My question is..,if we do not mention this experience, is it going to be a problem ??

I do not think so. and even would not harm if you mention this. If you do not have a relieving letter, no worries. I assume you must have paystubs and appointment letter to prove that you worked there in case you need to and it is TCS.

Thanks! but without the letter of reference will it be OK? We cannot get the reference letter
as she may have to pay them 3months pay as she didnot serve the notice period :'( .

Are you planning to claim that work experience as well? If yes and you cannot obtain a letter, you can use your paystubs and appointment letter to prove that you worked there and probably explain the situation if VO questions this.

Do not complicate things for yourself .If experience is not relevant to occupation for which you have applied then do not show.Everything depends on the visa officer,if he ask for something that you cannot provide then he can reject you.
Keep things as much simple as possible

VO are very detailed and can pick up small things very quickly. If you do not want to show this experience, make sure your bank statements do not show any salary from TCS. I remember my case, I did not show some 3 months experience for a company and it was pointed out and got called for an interview and then i had to just admit to it.

If VO picks up something, that is the worst thing to happen.

So use your good judgement always.
