Will the study permit applications get processed faster for fall 2021 intake? Seeing other posts here worries me

I plan on going to university for fall 2021 intake. But there are tons of posts here whose study permit applications have not been processed for current intakes. Will it be the same for future intakes or will it get normal like before covid?

Let’s wait for COVID to be over, or for the Fall 2021 to come. For better or worse, it is too early to say

Well I need to apply for CAQ , my ielts score has expired so I am giving that in December 1st week. I had admit from same university last year but my visa was rejected due to "purpose of visit" reason, so my earlier caq is valid till fall 2021. So should I apply for caq in December or January?

Order notes and don't apply again until you can fix everything the officer didn't like

My consultant applied twice with no change in the second time.. I ordered the second gcms notes it said..missing transcript and purpose of visit(won't leave canada at end of study), I have ordered the first rejection notes also to get complete understanding. As per consultant she had attached transcript but I feel the visa officer won't miss an 8 page document if it was attached, she had attached fee receipt one year, sop, 3 months salary slip, my itr, experience Letter, resignation letter,joining letters, ielts, school marksheet, caq. What do you suggest I should attach this time to answer purpose of visit point.

It depends on what is written in your most recent GCMS notes. What exactly did the officer deem to be the issue? If you can screenshot exactly what he said, that would be of a huge help
 
It said client did not submit most recent education transcript.based on the info on file I am not satisfied that proposed studies form a logical progression of study.applicant failed to establish they are a Bonafide temporary student who will leave canada following the completion of their studies pursuant to R216( 1)(b) of irpa

Then an officer believes that this program is not right for you. It usually happens if you apply for PG diploma instead of masters after bachelors. Then you have to switch program altogether
