Will the IRCC mail me the new study permit and intern work permit if I submitted the changed school online?

I'm studying in Quebec with study permit since this Feburay. Due to the policy change, I'm studying in a new school, instead of the one on my study permit.

To update it, I filled the "Students: Transfer schools" form and submitted. My questions are:

1. Where can I see the request progress?
2. Will the IRCC send me the new study permit and intern work permit?

You completed one full semester at your original school before changing schools, is that right?
