What the title says. I'm quite curious what the IRCC's plan is, given that these programs are among the most in-demand immigration programs Canada has to offer.

No, I don't have any information. This is just a best guess. IRCC has made no announcement. I can give you the chances of something happening or not happening. It's up to IRCC.
