Will the EE pool be divided by different NOCs?

Say for ICT occupations we will have a situation due to high demand for 217X NOC, the threshold mark you would need in order to get invited is significantly higher that of Doctor/nurse NOC which has a relatively small number of applicants?

I remember I read somewhere on the CIC website says there will be no NOC restrictions in EE.
But it just simply does not make any senses to me if they do seperate draw for different program like FSW, CEC, etc., with respect to each economic immigration program, let take FSW for example, will they allocate quota(s) for each NOC(s)?

I really dont see EE will operate in a sustainable manner if they select candidates from one pool regardless NOCs

No NOC restrictions. No distinction between economic class application types. So in essence, the draws are just based on general scores. You must fall in at least one economic class category, but they don't draw based on categories. For example, if they choose to select 4000 candidates in the Jan draw, that means 4000 applicants will receive ITA regardless of the class/category under which they qualify. There is no category specific draws. Like there's not gonna be 1000 CEC draws, 2000 FSW draws, etc. There'll just be 4000 draws regardless of NOC/Category/Class.

just want to correct you. there will be no draws based on NOC's . however there will be draws based on economic immigration programmer for e.g. CEC,FSTP. as per CIC website before a draw is to be happened they will publish on their website date of next draw, number of candidates to be withdrawn and specific immigration programme that will be included in that particular draw. so that means it is possible that they want to take say 1000 CEC applicants only. in that case only people eligible for CEC will be compared and ranked and withdrawn. below am quoting directly from CIC website. the link is wwwdotcicdotgcdotca/english/express-entry/draws.asp

These instructions will include:

* the date of the next draw,
* the number of candidates that will get an ITA, and
* if it applies, which specific immigration program(s) will be included in the draw.

If the instructions do not specify which immigration program the candidates must be eligible for, the draw will be based on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score
