My PR card is expiring in a month and although I sent in my renewal request on October 1st(Met the renewal requirements without a doubt), it got returned back to me late November because the dates of the passport sized photos were not written on the back of the photo. I send it back the very next day...

Ive a couple of questions I hope someone can help me with

1) Will a handwritten date at the back of the passport photo suffice ? Or would a stamp from the photo studio be necessary?
2) When an application is returned, will the current 89 calendar days processing time restart from the time they now receive it?
3) I am pretty sure my PR card would have expired long before they mail me my card/it gets approved, would be stay in canada AFTER my PR card expiry count to the 1095days needed for citizenship ?

I'd really appreciate it if someone could enlighten me, cheers!

Dash.

1. Get a stamp from the studio.
2. Processing starts from scratch.
3. Any time you are physically present in Canada counts towards the 1095 days even if you are waiting for the PR Card to be renewed.

Actually msafiri is absolutly right stamp by studio is always better.
