Will Sinp Open tonight ?

I have sent my SINP application on 18 December 2015, and submit all other required document last week via email immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca

Until now, in the OASIS, it remains "in process", while I could not make any chance in the system.

I was just wondering, have they received my application and will be it proceeded to the next step? How long would it take?
Will they get back to me to inform whether my application is successful or not?
I was thinking to re-apply once SINP is open.

Anyway, if it is opened today/tonight, why the information on SINP page still the same?

"The SINP is still accepting applications to the International Skilled Worker - Employment Offer Sub-Category. However, the intake thresholds for the International Skilled Worker - Occupation In-Demand Sub-Category and Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category have been reached."
