Hi all, I got a problem that my company relocated me to work in another country to work for several months (6 months relocation, and 6+ months in Canada), I am now want to apply for EE (CEC track), will the relocation will be treated as Canadian work experience?

No.

You must have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last 3 years before you apply. The work experience must be:
- full-time or an equal amount in part-time
- have gained your work experience by working in Canada legally

No - it won't. You'll only have six months of work experience in Canada. You have to be physically working in Canada in order for the work experience to count as Canadian work experience.

1. Whether your relocation while being employed for your company, but being physically present in Canada count towards Canadian experience?

The answer to this will depend on whether the Canadian entity, or the client (if you worked for a Canadian client on site), is willing to give you a work reference letter. Also, during the time of employment, you had to be physically in Canada on a work visa.

The ancillary question is who paid your salary. This is immaterial. As long as you have the above, and you were paid, worked full time in Canada, you can claim points for this experience.

2. Whether you meet the requirements for CEC?
Since you have not provided enough details, it is difficult to say, but the minimum eligibility criteria for CEC has been provided in the link above.

1. I hold the work visa and LMIA when I was working in Canada, then I was dispatched by the company requirement. The company could issue me the reference letter, or even issue a letter to illustrate the relocation requirement if request, I believe. During the relocation, I was still paid by the company and paid the tax to Canadian government through the company.
2. I think I could meet other requirements of CEC, so only the doubt is the relocation issue, you know...I don't know whether the Visa officer will trea me as "misrepresentation" if I just file the application through CEC....
