Will PGWP application gets rejection on applying for last day of study visa expiring?

I have applied for PGWP on my last day of study visa expiring. It so happened that it resulted in me applying for for PGWP after 90 days of my last class @College.

Will my PGWP be rejected? Or should I apply for Restoration already as My Visa expired just 65 days ago.

Any guidance or reference can be really helpful. Been with a lawyer who wasn't really helpful in providing any info.(I'm sure he was unaware of this as well).

Appreciate any insights on this.

1. If you applied more that 90 days after you were notified of your graduation, you PGWP will be refused. It doesn't depend on the validity of the SA.
2. You don't have to apply for restoration as you applied for the PGWP while you still had status, so you are in "implied status" until you receive a result on you PGWP.

Can I work full time during the implied status?

Within the online pgwp application of mine, now I'm seeing a schedule 1 temporary restoration visa in supporting document. This wasn't there earlier .
It's imm5257b_1.
Shoukd I apply for this now ?
Can you please suggest a work around for this?
My heart is in my mouth now .

I realizernow that I should've known to apply for pgwp within 90 days of graduation .
