will NOC 0213 be taken off the list 2010??

hi all!

is there a possibilty of the computer and information systems manager being scrapped in the new changes to the list??? theres a growing speculation about the occupations to be scrapped.....

even the stage 1 applicants are affected by the changes if they dont get the approval before 30th september............

we have not even done the ielts yet.... its difficult for us to apply before 30th june.. :(

whats the posibilities??? any opinions?
 
What will happen, happen.
What wont, wont.

Simple.
Specuations means very little but I dont throw them rightaway.
make every effort to send yours before 30th sept if you think the rumour is practical.
 
well i could very well send the applications after doing the ielts test next month or so but the prob is that stage 1 people are affected if approval not received before the said date.....

really upset....

also afraid that the 0213 will be taken off..............

either i send the application without ielts results or wait for the changes.....

can somebody please advice !
 
what does stage 1 mean？ Does it mean Centro intake office in Sydney？If so， IELTS is not necessary.
I sent my initial application to CIO without IELTS test results and I got the approval in two months.
Try your best !!!

You do not need IELTS results to apply to CIO. Same are needed when you send full docs to CHC in second stage
 
It is mendatory to send IELTS Test results along with initial appliacation to NS, Canada.
This change is implemented wef. 10.04.2010

it is rumour so far. because we have been listening this rumour by the start of this year. let's the sun rise.

Honeyjack there is some confusion. The change implemented wef. 10.04.2010 says you get only one chance to prove your language proficiency i.e if you submit the written explaination to CHC regarding your language proficiency the point awareded by VO are final and unlike prior to 10.04.2010, you will not be given a chance to submit your IELTS result

The new notification has no impact on application to CIO

No, dear, it is not.
But, it is recommended to take it, in order to know your level, as there will no second chance after you submit your document to Visa Office.
 
Hello,
I am new to this fourms. Where you obtian this informaiton that "NOC 0213 would be taken off form the list 2010". I search on offical canadian website, but didn't found such news.
Would be please share the sourch of information?

I am also planning to apply under this NOC, probably with 2 days, but even first approval takes max 4 months or so. Is it safe to appy or not?

Please if any one can reply............
 
As of today 0213 is on the list and you should apply w/o worrying about the future
 
what happens in the future will not impact what you do now. I dont think that CIC has rules that are retroactive. also i havent found one source which says that 0213 is going to be taken off the list..
