Will new Express Entry impact my ITA?

Hello everyone,

May I have a question?

I registered my profile in Express Entry last month and have already got the ITA a couple of days ago.
I just heard that the new Express Entry rule will be applied on Nov 19th. In my case, will the new Express Entry rule impact my ITA that I've already got?

(I'm going to apply to CEC using the ITA this month, maybe after 19th... Honestly 600 points of LMIA was the key that I got the ITA. That's why I'm worried about if the new rule will impact my ITA.)

Could you please give me some advices?

Unlikely if you already have an ITA, as you got it before the rules changed.

Don't worry you are safe... You already got the ITA before the new rules come.

You're fine. You need to accept the ITA. If you don't do so or fail to complete all of your application before the 60 day deadline you'll need to go back into the pool and will lose those LMIA points (probably looking at a 550 CRS point loss unless your NOC is in Major Group 00)

How do I accept the ITA?
Actually I received the ITA on November 2nd, and I'm going to apply to CEC on November 28th using this ITA. It is within the 60 days. Does "accept the ITA" mean if I completed the application of CEC and applied to it within 60 days from I got ITA = I accepted the ITA?

In past it is observed that only applications submitted after so and so date will not be affected with changes. So try and submit before 19th for safety
