Will my work permit remain valid?

Hello,

I have a failed asylum case and a valid open work permit for a one year.
If I returned back to my home country and come back to Canada again with a TRV, may I use my work permit which I received as an asylum claimant? is it legal for employers to hire me with it? Or should I issue a new one?
Thank you.

You've got a valid TRV? I find that unlikely with a failed refugee claim.

This won't work. You'll need to go through the ARC process to try to return to Canada and will need to apply for a new work permit outside of Canada based on a job offer and approved LMIA

Should I go through the ARC process if I left voluntarily and attended the removal interview?

No, but I would like to apply.
How unlikely is it? Does it mean that all applications will be denied even the ones with strong documents?
Have you seen approved applications?

TRV is very unlikely to be approved.

What are the available options for me to return back to Canada? What do you recommend?
An economic immigration program such as Express Entry or PR through spousal sponsorship.

To the best of my knowledge you will still need an ARC. But I may mistaken and you should wait for others here to confirm.
