I'm not aware of this being possible for a PGWP. Recommend you try calling IRCC and/or speaking with a lawyer (I'm not sure I would trust what the IRCC help desk says).

Also I extended my study permit to attend a 2nd school but then also applied for and received pgwp after graduating from the 1st school. I withdrew from my second study program. Now is my pgwp invalid? I have a SIN number right now, is that still valid?
