At least for the next 2 years, CIC wouldnt want any IT people except those who has real certificates and real skills to suit the demands in Canada.
One of my IT friends has been selected for an interview but he has been told to wait 2 years for the interview. another one's BF'd date is in 2013. So its evident that they dont want any IT people now. I still believe that June 2011 will bring some changes in PR category and the rules will be harder. many says it would be more like HSMP of UK; Come to Canada, you gotta find a job within a year, if not leave the country. probationary system. its my speculation and many are talking about such things within this forum.
