yes it will. let them finish with backlog. be positive
 
I am having a similar discussion in another thread here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/why-do-crs-draws-seem-like-stock-market-do-they-make-sense-to-you-guys-t402045.0.html. I don't know if anyone can predict if CRS it will go below 450. I feel it might go down, but only marginally. It does not seem like they are in a rush though given the backlog.

Its nothing but a policy matter for them. Just now they have a policy of taking applicants over 450 only. They might revise the policy and set a new low.
