Hi, I'm a 4011 applicant. I prepared my reference letter based on NOC 4011 main duties because it exactly describes my routine jobs. I picked 6 main duties from NOC and did little revision, got the reference letter signed by my supervisor.

I had work certification which only states position and working period issue by HR department accompanying my work contract and tax certificate.

My question is, will it be returned due to my reference letter? Please help!

I think there is cause for some concern if u did not make any changes to the descriptions, or if the changes made were negligble. It would have been better if u had incorporated some of their terminology along with your own words.

If you have already submitted your application it is pointless to worry about it as they may or may not notice.

Thanks! I haven't submitted yet. but it's troublesome to let my supervisor sign one more time. Is it acceptable that I attach a explanation that I copy the duties because it fits my job perfectly, but I could illustrate in detailed level in the explanation letter?

That may compound matters. If you have changed enough so that plagiarism is not an issue then u may be ok.

But I am not an expert, so I suggest you post your question on the FSW2014 page so that those with more experience can give u the best guidance

All the best
