Hi All,
I'm in a bit of a pickle here. This is the series of events that took place:
- I recieved an ITA for my express entry application, and submitted all the documents, only recieving a rejection due to incomplete profile (spouse police certificate didnt cover the whole time period). All my fee was refunded.
- I created an express profile the 2nd time, this time making some changes in my work experience (changed company names because earlier i wrote the name of the companies i worked for instead of the actual contractors that hired me. I made a couple of changes in the dates aswell. I recieved an ITA for this profile, however i realised that in order to avoid misrepresentation, i must change my NOC, some of my job titles, and make additions to my JDs in a way that would make me more confident that my hiring organisations would vouch for me in case of a probe. In a way i want to make my profile more verifiable than the last time. In case you're wondering how that happens, i work in a multinational which has odd official titles but since managers overlook your progress, they assign you unofficial job titles, which may not be verifiable if HR is approached.
- now i intend to turn down this ITA, fix my experience letters along the lines indicated above and start with another express profile.
My questions are as follows:
1. Do the ircc officers probe into your previously submitted data? Do i risk my chances due to the fact that they may find experience letters from the same period having different job titles in my earlier submitted PR profile which got rejected ? (Due to conflicting information between profiles to be straight)
2. If the answer to 1 is yes, can it (and is it supposed to) be explained away in a loe?
PS: i'm assuming they ask for immigration history in the express profile for a reason.
If anyone has any thoughts on this please let me know. I have combed the internet and havent ran across any such case. Please put me out of my misery. Thank you!
