Will IRCC contact my ex-wife ?

il the sponsor in Canada of my current wife living overseas and in the process of filling out the forms.
Previously in the past I did sponsor and being my ex-wife the same way to Canada.
Any how, I'm curious if the IRCC will at some point contact her maybe for verification or other reasons ?
I just don’t want her or others to know.
