so i am new here and i hope you can help me out..I am a indian citizen and previously i have studied in uk for one year and just came back in june, basically i applied my visa on 30th july and its thursday now and i hope to get a positive response...I have few questions and i am sure that you guys will help me out first question is, as i have not lived in india for more than 6 months will i be still required to do medical exams as the cic policy states that applicants who have lived in designated areas for more than six months are only required to have medicals done..so what you think?

you must check with the concern embassy or their call center but in my view the pre medical condition is necessary for you.....
well 2nd option is that you can submit your case without medicals if they need your medical they will forward letter to you
its only my suggestion.......
