Hi. Will I get email from IRCC if my visa is approved? I submitted via paper thru VFS including my original passport last Dec5.

You will not get email like for online application but if you linked with gckey you will know the results quickly

So should I just wait until VFS tesll me that it is for pick up? I just received a message from VFS with update your decision processed envelope has been dispatched from IRCC office. How long should does it take for my passport to be ready for pick-up?

You are 100% approved since it says your PROCESSED decision envelope....., it is was a rejection it says your “decision envelope has been...
So congrats, for it says has been dispatched, depending on where u live, it would take around 1-3 days , as it would be passed to the courier service and then you gotta check their website for pickup/delivery
