Will I lose point if I get 30yrs of age and have already got an ITA?

I wonder if I am going to be 30 in May and before that, I can be able to get an ITA with score of 462. Will I be losing point during the process after the ITA?

Would it will go to 457 automatically ever I have secured an ITA before that?

Your ITA is the golden gate to your application. Doesn't matter what points you lose after your ITA, that is the confirmation that you can apply for your Express Entry. If your Bday was the next day after ITA, it doesnt matter as you received an ITA.
