I received my pnp nomination on may 24th, but i left my job a week before receiving this nomination to travel back home to visit my family since I haven’t seen them since the start of the pandemic.

Now im currently back home and Im without a job, and i forgot about notifying pnp regarding me leaving the Job and travelling back home as I only recently found out that you have to notify pnp about changes to your job or your full time employment status.

should i notify pnp right now about my situation? Or wait till Im back to Canada in a month and find a new job before notifying them regarding my situation.

If i manage to get my old job back, should i still notify pnp about my travel back home?

How often does pnp contact your employers to see if you’re still working there?

Find a new FT Job and Notify the province. Their only motivation is to find out that you remain employed in the province that's it. BTW which province are you in right now?

But will i be fine if i find the new job in a month when im back?
Im currently in Europe, but i was nominated and I reside in Manitoba

If the province gets in touch with your employer and they are informed about the termination of employment, they could consider it as misrepresentation. You should get an expert opinion on your case.

How often does the province contact the employer after issuing the nomination? Yes i will try to contact an expert.

Yes you should. It can be refused once they verify your details from the employer. As they will ask for most recent payslips, hours working per week, job duties from your employer. You should inform them about the changes as soon as you can. Hope this helps.

So they verified the details back in May and gave me the pnp nomination, do you think they will contact the employer again 2 months after issuing the pnp to verify it again?

That was the verification for the nomination only. They may reach out to the employer again now that they are processing your actual application or they may ask you for updated employment information.

When you apply for PR via PNP, if like mine there was a issue and it was denied (i forgot a form) I had to get my PNP re issued to the new EE profile and they asked again for updated payslips, so yeah if there is an issue with your PR they will recheck
