i m having 7.1 in10th 2011 , and 5.6in 12th 2014 , i have failed in class 11 and i have done my bachelor in engineering by 5.95 and currently working in sg info systems as a software developer but i want to do masters in any of my field from canada can i got visa
I can score well jn IELTS approx 7 band

No sir i have not applied in any college cause I don’t have proper knowledge of which is good College or not

I'd rather suggest you working on your English before you even remotely think about taking the IELTS or applying for admission in any college/university. Because with such absurd English, it is very likely that you might score 4-5 overall bands on IELTS. Also, as far as the visa application is concerned, the only person who can answer if your application would be accepted or not is the Consular Officer working on your application. Your chances surely increase as long as you furnish them with genuine documents and convince them that your sole purpose to come to Canada on a Study Permit is to study and leave the country.

You need a lot of improvement in english language. 7 score seems out of reach.
