Hello friends
Yesterday got mail from new Delhi vo asking for PCC for me and my wife.i m working in Saudi getting Saudi PCC is very tough anyways I m looking for the options on procuring it.buy my wife is no more in Saudi for last 1year she went exit and the gov here don't provide PCC go former residents ,really tensed on what to do for my wife's Saudi PCC ,her Indian PCC she will get.i m the principal applicant seniors please advice will the vo reject my application if I cannot provide my wife Saudi PCC ,rest all PCC I can try &get but her Saudi PCC is the problem .after waiting for so long ,again need to run in the end don't know will it be worth or no?

You need PCC from country where you live 6 months in last five years. Tell your wife to contact good consultant in India otherwise call your wife to saudi for few days, if possible.. get PCC and send her back to India. What else you can do?? You can't waste your application fees and all long waiting period for just PCC. Try to make it anyhow.

You can write a letter explaining your problem about your wife's PCC. If you can submit a proof that Saudi is not providing PCC to people who have exited that should be fine nothing to worry.

I saw the similar concern on the forum regarding the Saudi PCC for former resident, somebody replied that CIC knows that Saudi govt dont provide PCC for former resident you can show the proof that your wife is no more Saudi resident and try to get some affidavit from Indian embassy in Saudi Arabia for your wife.

That's what I send a mail to Canadian embassy in Riyadh to issue me request letter so as to apply PCC but then next day I got reply that Saudi government don't issue PCC go former residents (this mail was from Canadian embassy Riyadh)it means they know about .i m planning to approach new Delhi vo with my saudi PCC ,Indian PCC ,my wife's present Indian PCC &a cover letter saying I tried for my wife's Saudi PCC but couldn't make it with that I will send her exit stamp ,her NOC from her emloyer ,Good conduct certificate which she got on her last day in Saudi .i hope visa officer don't make any harsh decision on us .we have been waiting and trying very hard for this PR .god knows whats in store for us .what do u think my friends will vo be satisfied ?

Where r u living in KSA, and plz let me know the procedure for Saudi PCC as may be i have to apply for same, btw i m living in Khobar.

You need to contact (e-mail) the particular authority in Saudi and ask them the procedure to get

pcc for someone who have left the country. If they would reply you the procedure to get the PCC

then follow it or

If they will deny to issue the PCC to you, then get the printout of that e-mail and send it to CIC...believe me this will work for you!!

The email you received from Canadian embassy riyadh should be fine to attach it with the docs while sending to them, mean time send an email to your VO and explain the concern.
