Yep mate you will Receive another AOR from your visa office It will be your permanent file number.They will Issue you AOR once they are ready to do further processing.you will be able to check your Application status with second AOR. I hope it helps.

the same way you got your AoR ie if you got it by post or email (if you indicated to be contacted by email in the forms)
