Will i get my csq if my spouse has left quebec ?

Hi everyone
Im just in a confusion state...My spouse migrated to quebec in jan 2018 and lived there for around 18 months
my spouse left quebec amd moved to toronto... after she got a good job offer...in 2019
My dependent spouse application is still under process and we were not really expecting delhi high commission to ask me for my valid csq.
although i have applied for my csq from MIDI... im worried will they grant me my csq since my spouse is no longer living in quebec.

Can somebody advise me ?

Why are you not living with your spouse. That is the other issue.
