Will I get an ITA if I submit my application 10 days before my PGWP expires

Hello, I am seeking an answer If I will get ITA - I have my 1 year Post Graduation Work Permit which expires on 28th August and my Full cycle of 1 year full-time work experience will be on 15th August as the dates are close - When would be the best time to submit my application to receive ITA or what is the other way to maintain my status in Canada?

Forget PR application, you need an ITA to apply for a PR. I have a bad feeling this is just another "I got this..." spam.
