Will I get an ITA. bit confused with this whole thing.

I'm a single applicant with a score of 473.
My application was made on May 29th and have been eligible for Federal Skilled worker.

When can I expect an ITA. What might be the usual wait time. The recent draw on Aug 20th shows the lowest score as 454?

The recent draw is for CEC only so you are not eligible.
You have a good chance today but no one can predict the exact cutoff and the tiebreak date.

Hopefully today's draw has a lower cutoff score than your CRS score, however looking at the number of people in the pool with a CRS score above 471, It's difficult to predict.
