Will I get 3 years of PGWP if I choose a program of 8 month as my 2nd year study ?

Hi,
I am currently in Canada and doing a Post Grad Cert at Algonquin College. The Cert is 1 year.
I need to do a second year and I would like to choose something on top of what I am currently doing and I found this program of 8 month (Data Science and Analytics at Calgary University as a PGDiploma)

I would like to know if I add up the 1st year at Algonquin College(8 months + 4 months coop) and the 2nd year at Calgary (8 months), will I be eligible for a PGWP of 3 years ? I am in IT field.

How do you identify if the completion letter is 1 year ?

The second course shows up in the completion letter from the college as a one year course then the PGWP could be a 3 year PGWP, if stated as 8 months would not count. Clearly stated in the guidelines as needing a one year program as the second program.

I am reading on the web that 8 months is equivalent to 2 semesters which is also equivalent to 1 academic year

So, how can I confirm if the 8 month program is equivalent to 1 academic year ?
