Will I face a refusal if I take this Program?

I recently got LOA for Information Systems Business Analysis + International Business Management Program from Northern College (Pures Campus) but I'm a graduate of Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Science.
As this Program is nearly 50% related to business field, can I take this program? Should I proceed with the submission of fees?
