Hello Everyone,
Can some one please help me with my question.
I got my bankruptcy discharge 5 years and 3 months ago, i recently got married and my husband is back home, am i eligible to sponsor my spouse?
My Credit score has also improved as bank has already offered me a unsecured credit limit of more then 4000 $.

Please if some one can help me because someone told me my file will be 100% rejected , im so much worried as i filled all the forms and im so scared to put my file.
Thanks

As long as the bankruptcy has been discharged and you can show a solid financial plan to support yourselves, it's fine.

All they ask is if you are in the process of bankruptcy. You are 5 years after discharge you have nothing to worry about. Best of luck!
