Will I be eligible for PR (CEC) if I work as a Team Leader in DEBT COLLECTIONS

Hi People,

Just wanted to know if I work as a Team Leader in debt collections with either a bank or a collection agency for a year, would that count as skilled work experience, under the CEC program?
