Right but isn't it just strongly suggested you apply 30 days before but you can apply up until the last day if you wish.
^^^ is completely true. There was another time 2 years ago where I couldn't get it out until a day or two before my status expired, and I was under implied status. As long as the application is sent out before the deadline, the stamp sets your implied status in stone.
@DodgeCharger: No, it's quite alright and I completely understand what you mean. I'm not usually one to make excuses but we've just been through a move, along with having our son, who is just going into the toddler stage. My mind has been occupied and I've been doing all the forms and getting everything needed, but I had also misread/misunderstood the part about the tax slips. I was under the assumption that the Option C printout was enough, but they are saying they need the T4s and other slips as well.
@rjessome: I was told I couldn't take any action because he was a consultant. They (the MP of the area) said there isn't a board or anything to complain to. Pretty much, they summed it up as, I should have gone through a lawyer and not a consultant.
Thank you all for your help. I just got off the phone with them and they have given me confirmation that I can submit the Option C, along with a letter stating I will be sending the other required slips at a later date. I must then send the additional slips with "Supporting Documents" on the envelope when I receive them, along with a letter stating what they are for.
