will i be definitely rejected for this mistake?

i guess i hadn't filled out the box of "your date of birth" in form Schedule 3. Will i be rejected for sure?

brother the straight answer is YES, it will cause your app a rejection, cos its mentioned on cic website that incomplete filled forms are not accepted, and DOB is a very important field that u left out by mistake.

we have so many examples of rejection due to incomplete form filling. lets pray and wish u all the best that this might not cause a problem but again u can expect nothing until unless u r lucky enough to receive a PER email. good luck

thank you for your reply. can i do something to make amends? like sending a mail enclosed with a completed page 1 of schedule 3 form to replace the former one? btw, i don't have a uci number.

Print all the forms that is complete application package. Write a cover letter and mention everything in that

Tell them you have already send them the complete application package with documents and write the shipment tracking number in cover letter.

This might reduces the chance of rejection.

Never send a single form that might be rude to them
