will i be contacted via email/ postal addr for the next stage

My husband is in Canada and is now a citizen, we got married this year 2012 i filled my application and sent my application straight from Nigeria July 4th it got to (Mississauga) 9th of July, my Questions are
1.How would i know i have gotten an approval to move to the second stage
2. i used my husband postal addr in Canada, but used my Email and his Email addr, are we both going to be contracted to move to the next stage?
just anxious, tired of staying alone, guys i need answers please
3. we didn't include any western union receipt in my appiation cos during the courtship he never had a need to send me moni, he actually needed 2 save moni cos he was out of job 4 a while and av got a good job, would CiC doubt our relationship bcos of lack of western union receipt?

Only the sponsor will be contacted to know that he has been approved as a sponsor. It could be via e-mail or mail (Mine was mail).

If they start working on apps past the date they would have received yours, your husband call call and they can tell him over the phone if he has been approved.

And no, not having western union receipts won't cause doubt alone.
