Will i be able to get visa with conditional acceptance

Hello , i have got condotional acceptance in engneering from st.mary uni cuz i didnt do ielts so i got offered to do esl courses before i start my program i alrdy paid first esl course tuition is esl bad for visa ?

some people will say yes some will say no but from my experience it doesn't matter at all you get the visa if you have paid fee and arranged all documents and have added a strong sop...

Of course you will get your visa dude... If you are not allowed to get into U straigh is not a problem... I think most of the student that are not native English speaking student will go first to college to study english before been allowed to enroll in University... So dont worry you will be given visaif you meet all other requirements...

Hello thx guys for your answer. I have said in study plan that i will be doing my engineering diploma in saint Mary's then i will be guaranteed an entrance to Dalhousie. This is because it does not have it, i will be doing my bachelors, does this affect my study permit in any way?
