Hello, My husband was deported from USA for conspiracy the charge was food stamps fraud a felony and the resutituion was 1 Million dollars with his cousin who was owner of store and my husband was just an employee. He was sentenced to 18months prison . He was out and was on probation for 1 year. He spent 2 years and they decided to deport him last year December 2017. Is there any chance for him to get visa in Canada ?? What does he have to do. I currently reside in USA but will love to move to Canada if possible

Agreed with the above. Canada is not an option at this time - he's inadmissible due to his crime and it will be several years before Canada may be an option.

It sounds like he completed his probation in 2016. If that's correct, then he will qualify to apply for rehabilitation in 2021 (five years after he completed his probation). If the rehabilitation is approved, he will then be able to apply for permanent residency to move to Canada. Note that rehabilitation applications can often take 1+ years to process and approval is never guaranteed.

If you wish to live with him, the most realistic option for the next several years is to move to his home country.
