Will getting a job from job bank get points for express entry?

It is well known that employers need to have an LMIA to offer jobs. But we are required to sign up in the job bank. Do all employers in the job bank have an LMIA or would any offer get 50 points?

Looks like no one ever got a job from the job bank. Then why are they having a job bank? Just to keep up hopes?

I guess that's why they're removing it as a requirement starting June. I barely filled my profile there just for the registration as I heard it's sort of pointless.
