You need to show you've paid your fees and satisfy the visa officer that you can afford your studies in Canada. What did you submit with your application?

I didn't pay the fees because the IRCC is unpredictable. If my application was refused, the university will have to refund me all I paid less a processing fee, which is a lot of money wasted in addition to already wasted money on the uni admission + visa processes. That would also rub more salt into the wound knowing that I was rejected PLUS lost a lot of money.

I only paid the Registration Deposit to secure my place at the uni and I mentioned and proved it in my LoE. I also only showed funds enough to support me for 1 year... not sure if that will hurt my chances for approval.

depending on schools refund policy i would suggest you pay your fees as i did same and immediately the next day i sent my payment invoice via web form and email next thing they started my eligibility review. i am confident that i will be getting full approval shortly

thank you so much for your advice, I already have my AIP since August 8th, I did many of webform with no response. the issue is that we may receive refusal even after AIP . I will loose over $ 10k it is not worth at all since I already have AIP
.
