With the number of applications in pool it looks highly unlikely... you must consider PNP options. I’m at 470 and expecting at least 2-3 draws before I could get invited

It depends on the applicant numbers but probably not, there are so many people applying. Good luck though otherwise are there ways to increase your score to above 450?

467 is a good score. While I am not an expert however 2020 should bring some luck to you. Be patient and you should hear some good news soon. All the best.
