Will 'Engineer' title be good for applying for "Manager" category?

hello Sirs,
I wish to apply under 'NOC 0911 Manufacturing manager' category. I have 3 years of experience.

But my issue is my title. my reference letter states my title as " 'Engineer' for manufacturing/production". Nowhere in my reference letter does it say that my title is manager. (my title was 'engineer'). So the title is NOT matching. But the duties in the lead statement and main duties of NOC 0911 matches 90% with my reference letter.

But when I checked the description of "NOC 2141-Industrial and manufacturing engineers" (which is not in the 50 eligible list), my duties do NOT match this occupation (2141).

So do you think, a ref.letter which mentions "Engineer" will work for NOC 0911?

If duties are a match - you are good to go. You DO NOT need to match your title with those listed in the NOC.
