Will Date of Birth changes affect automatically ?

If my age changes when my profile in express entry pool, will the points get reduced automatically??

Absolutely, precisely on your date of birth.
Also work experience automatically gets added up if you have entered one as current job.

Thanks! So what's the ideal years of experience for getting complete points. We have added 6 yrs already, which also includes current job.

Foreign experience counts for primary applicant only, upto 3 years. Anything more than that doesn't contribute to the profile.
Canadian experience upto 5? years gives points to both primary and spouse.

When you say foreign experience, does that mean experience in any other country will be considered. Lyk uae experience

Yes, any country other than Canada makes it a foreign country (for Canada).
You must have valid job experience letters on the company letterheads. Include job title, duties performed, hours per week worked, salary received etc.
Pay stubs, appointment letter etc can be demanded by CIC later, keeping them handy will be good.
